Printer offline

Why is my printer offline after changing from instant ink to store bought HP cartridges. I have tried all the usual take the cartridge out, turn off and restart advice. Still no joy. Any advice most welcome.

• Ensure that the store-bought HP cartridges are installed correctly. Remove them and reinsert them to make sure they are securely in place.

Update Printer Drivers:

• Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed on your computer. You can visit the official HP website to download and install the most up-to-date drivers for your printer model.

Restart the Printer:

• Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, and wait for a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes resolve communication issues.

Check Printer Connection:

• Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your computer. If you are using a USB connection, make sure the USB cable is securely plugged in. If you are using a wireless connection, check the wireless settings on both the printer and the computer.

Printer Status in Windows 11:

• Open the Settings app on your Windows 11 computer.
• Go to "Devices" and then select "Printers & scanners."
• Find your HP ENVY 6432e printer in the list. If it shows as offline, select it and click on "Open queue." Check for any paused or pending print jobs.

Set as Default Printer:
