Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

I have reset the printer multiple times. I have also completely reset the router. I still cannot get the printer that says it is online to print anything. The scanner works just fine though.

Check Printer Status

  1. Ensure the printer is online: Confirm that the printer status shows as "Ready" on your computer.
  2. Restart Printer: Turn off the printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Check Printer Connections

  1. Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure the printer is properly connected to Wi-Fi. Verify that the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
  2. Reconnect the Printer: Using the HP Smart app, reconnect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Update Printer Drivers

  1. Update Drivers: Go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads and enter your printer model. Download and install the latest drivers for Windows 11.

Set Printer as Default

  1. Set as Default: On your Windows 11 computer, go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. Select your HP DeskJet Plus 4152 and click Set as default.

Clear Print Queue

  1. Clear Print Queue: Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners, click on your HP DeskJet Plus 4152, and then click Open queue. Cancel all pending print jobs.
