Product: HP Smart Tank 7302 All-in-One

Second replacement 7302 printer with the same issue. The printer cord will not set into the power outlet.  It does not "click" into place as instructed and is loose. All three printers have had the same issue. Obviously from searching the internet this is a common problem with this model printer.  I have contacted HP support via online chat and visual chat and they were unable to help. Has anyone found a fix for this problem?
