Second replacement 7302 printer with the same issue. The printer cord will not set into the power outlet. It does not "click" into place as instructed and is loose. All three printers have had the same issue. Obviously from searching the internet this is a common problem with this model printer. I have contacted HP support via online chat and visual chat and they were unable to help. Has anyone found a fix for this problem?

Hi @Barb313
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
I understand your concern, especially since you have experienced the same issue with multiple replacement printers. However, the power cord connection should fit securely into the printer, and there should not be excessive looseness when properly connected. To determine whether this is related to the printer, the power cord, or the connection itself, please share a clear photo showing the power cord connected to the printer, along with the connector and power socket. We can then review the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
