HP Instant Ink

When I put a document on my printer to copy, no matter if I select color or black/white, it will only print in red. I can print from my computer and when I select black/white, it will print it.

I understand that you are facing issues with the print quality. 

 

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

 

May I have the exact product name and number? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

If enrolled in the instant ink program,  I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
