It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 9129e is having trouble connecting to the network, preventing you from printing. Here are some steps to fix it:

 

Restart Your Printer & Router

  • Turn off your printer and unplug it for 60 seconds.
  • Restart your Wi-Fi router and wait for it to fully reconnect.

 

Reconnect the Printer to Wi-Fi

  • On the printer’s control panel, go to SettingsNetwork SetupWireless SettingsWireless Setup Wizard.
  • Follow the prompts to reconnect to your Wi-Fi network.

 

Check Network Settings

  • Ensure your printer and computer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
  • If using a dual-band router, try connecting to 2.4 GHz instead of 5 GHz.

 

Disable VPN & Firewall Temporarily

  • If you have a VPN or firewall, disable them to see if they are blocking the connection.

 

Update Printer Firmware

  • Visit HP’s support page and check for any available firmware updates.
  • Install the update and restart the printer.
