Printer - Color LaserJet Pro MFP M281cdw - Windows 10 Op System no recent changes to my system. Printer is hardwired to internet router. Starting last week, printer began giving message "79 Service Error - Turn Off and On" then turns itself off and on repeatedly until I pull the plug. Implementing the recommendations of the Virtual Assistant for this error message, including updating the printer's firmware, have not fixed the problem. When the printer is not connected to the internet the Copy function works, but nothing else.

I'd like to help!
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share anya of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
And could you share the exact error on the printer?
