I have a printer continuously printing out pages 5&6 from a 10 copy job I started about a week ago, I've cancelled it on my laptop in devices and printers and on the printer itself numerous times but it still ends up starting the print job again when I switch on the printer, reconnect the laptop or load paper on the drawer. Is there a way of doing a factory reset?

Hi@KatieElizabeth, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
We understand printing automatically
Let's perform a printer reset,
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed

If the issue persists please reset the printer back to Factory Settings and then setup the printer once again
1. From the printer control panel display, touch and slide your finger across the screen and then touch Setup.
2. Touch Tools.
3. Touch Restore Factory Defaults, and then touch Yes. A message appears stating that the printer defaults have been restored.
4. Touch OK.
