This is same as the 3700 series:  Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button (X) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.  This will get the printer wireless to factory setting.

This is the  only manual I could find

This setup video might be helpful but uses a smartphone.

Some of the videos are difficult because of language differences.

If you followed the video using a smartphone (or laptop) at what time did a problem show up?

If the error is "wrong password" then the Wi-Fi password to the modem has been changed.  Any password printed on the back of the modem is NOT the correct one for the W-Fi.

You will need to log into the modem and find or set a new password.

I have an Arris modem, yours may be different. This tutorial is helpful. The username might be "admin" and the password should be printed somewhere on the modem. If not, then use that tutorial. Use a different name for the 2.4 and the 5ghz bands. To keep it simple, use the same password and use only numeric digits such as someone's phone number. When in the router, run the app that finds the channel with the least amount of noise for both bands.

Lemme know if a problem.

You could contact HP support in your area and ask for help.
