Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

I have tried everything. The HP smart app says the printer is enabled, and it scans and tells me the ink levels. But when I try to print the print center says the printer is offline.  I haven't done anything or changed anything. It used to work!

Please do not tell me to turn or unplug items as I have already done that and it was useless.
