HP6455e says it's offline but the blue lights says it's connected.
Won't print, same error message...not connected to wifi
everything else works in my house except the printer.
I've unplugged, then plugged back in 3 times

Pages 8 and 9 on the users manual describe additional status lights that might be useful.
The printer may be in WIFi direct mode or may be in setup mode.
Get a network printout as described on page 7. Make sure the printer is connected to the router. If the IP4 address of the printer (from network report) is 192.168.1.x then your PC, table, phone etc must be 192.168.1.y
You can get the PC or laptop IP4 by bringing up the Network & Internet page of windows.

If no smartphone you can connect the printer to the router using the WPS PIN or Pushbutton method as described on page 28. I recommend this if you have physical access to the router.
