Hi @CG124

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Moving can sometimes disrupt your printer's connection to the internet, but don't worry—we'll get your HP DeskJet 3772 back online!

Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Restore Network Settings

  • Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button on the printer's control panel at the same time, and hold them for three seconds. This will restore the printer's network settings to default.

2. Enable Wi-Fi Setup Mode

  • Press and hold the Wireless button until the light starts blinking. This puts the printer into Wi-Fi setup mode.

3. Use the HP Smart App

  • Download the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
  • Open the app, select Add Printer, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.

4. Check Wi-Fi Compatibility

  • Ensure your printer is connecting to a 2.4 GHz network, as it may not support 5 GHz networks.
  • Place the printer within 6–8 feet of the router for optimal signal strength.

5. Restart Devices

  • Restart your router, printer, and computer to refresh the connection.

If this solution hits the spot, please come back and click "Accepted Solution" to help others find the answer. And if you'd like to say thanks, select "Yes" on the bottom left of the public post, as that would make our day! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
