HELP....
Printer is stuck in a loop of trying to install an update which fails every time, web services is enabled, i did a factory reset yesterday and selected not to install updates but it has changed itself to auto install them. the printer is unuseable due to this issue. i have unplugged the printer left for a few minutes then plugged it back in again. wifi is connected and working....

I take HP customer support isn't bothered about its customers. who are paying out for their devices and subscriptions. no point having HP instant ink or the printer if it doesn't work how its supposed to. Think i will cancel all subscriptions and go and get a different brand.
