Officejet Pro8610e All in One

I have an Officejet Pro8610e-All-in-One Laser Jet Printer.  It is wireless.  I can't get it to print.  The message pops up that it is processing multiple jobs.  How can I get it to finish processing multiple jobs?  (This may not relate:  I switched carriers to Spectrum recently).

@Joyfulone, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print. Let us try these steps:

Reset the printer

  1. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  2. Wait at least 60 seconds.
  3. Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
  4. Turn ON the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
  5. Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.

Note: HP recommends connecting the printer directly to a wall outlet rather than a surge protector or a power strip.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor to diagnose and fix any driver issue

Click here to download the file. Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and click on 'Fix printing'.

Make sure the print queue is clear. Then, try printing.

Note: As the wireless network/carrier is changed, the printer has to be connected to the new wireless network.

If not already connected,

On the printer screen, go to Setup > Network Setup > Restore network settings

Go back to Network > Wireless > Wireless setup wizard and select your network.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
