Hi @Mimi215,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you’re having trouble locating your HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color Printer M251nw on a new network, here are some steps you can try:
1. Verify Network Connection
- Ensure your printer is properly connected to the new network. Check the printer's control panel for network settings and confirm it is connected to the same network as your computer.
2. Check Printer IP Address
- Print a network configuration page from your printer’s control panel to find the IP address. This page usually provides the current network settings.
3. Add Printer Manually
- Open Settings on your Windows 10 PC.
- Go to Devices > Printers & scanners.
- Click Add a printer or scanner.
- Select The printer that I want isn’t listed.
- Choose Add a printer using a TCP/IP address or hostname and click Next.
- Enter the IP address of your printer and follow the prompts to complete the setup.
4. Update Printer Drivers
- Go to the HP Support website and search for the drivers for the HP LaserJet Pro 200 Color Printer M251nw.
- Download and install the latest drivers for Windows 10.
5. Restart Devices
- Restart your printer, computer, and router to refresh network connections.
6. Check Firewall/Security Settings
- Ensure that your firewall or security software isn’t blocking the printer from being discovered on the network.
