I again restored the network settings and restarted the printer. The wireless light was not blinking after restart and I could not see any HP-Setup network.
I then pressed and held the cancel and the wireless button so that the power and the wireless button began to flash. I could see a notification "Connecting..." w/ a countdown of 2 minutes. But again there was no Hp-Setup Network found on the Mac and a notification appeared on the screen informing me that "connect failed".
I assume posting a picture of the diagnostics will be rejected by the system because of personal information but I'll give it a try.
I'll include 2 prints, one w/ wireless option (network setup/wireless menu/wireless on/off) "on" and another w/ wireless option "off".

Thanks for clarifying,
The key combination allows using WPS mode which is for different connection purpose.
Please restore the network defaults once again and restart the printer.
Now navigate the Wireless menu and turn the Wireless Radio on, then you should see allow Setup mode, a Setup network should be visible and HP Easy Start should offer a wireless connection for the printer.
Please let me know how it goes,
Shlomi
