My printer has never needed an ethernet connection before, but the other day it disconnected from wifi and no longer has a "wireless setup" option. When I go into network setup a message pops up that reads "an ethernet cable has not been detected. Make sure that both ends of cable are inserted correctly" and when I click through there are no options for a wireless connection. I've reset the printer, tried resetting network settings, and looked for tutorials on how to set it up but nothing has worked so far.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd love to help.
We'll have to perform a reset on the Printer for this. I have sent you a private message, for more details that cannot be shared in a public post.
Please do check your inbox on the communities page for the private message.
Let me know if this helps.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Thanks!
