Hi @Kilonda22,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To connect your HP DeskJet 4152e All-in-One Printer to Wi-Fi, follow these steps.
Prepare the Printer: Ensure that the printer is turned on and ready. You may want to reset the Wi-Fi settings to start fresh.
- For most models, you can do this by accessing the Wireless or Setup menu on the printer's touchscreen. Look for an option like Restore Network Settings or Restore Wi-Fi Setup Mode.
Access Wi-Fi Setup Mode: After restoring the settings, your printer should enter Wi-Fi setup mode, making it discoverable for about two hours. During this time, you can connect the printer to your network.
Install HP Smart App:
- Download and install the HP Smart app on your smartphone or computer. This app will guide you through the connection process.
- Open the app and select "Add Printer." It should detect your DeskJet 4152e if it's in Wi-Fi setup mode.
Select Your Network: When prompted, select your Wi-Fi network from the list of available networks. Enter your Wi-Fi password when asked.
Follow On-Screen Instructions: Complete the setup by following any additional on-screen prompts provided by the HP Smart app.
Test the Connection: Once setup is complete, try printing a test page to ensure the printer is connected correctly.
If you encounter any issues during the process, consider using HP's built-in diagnostic tools, like the HP Print and Scan Doctor, which can help identify and resolve connectivity problems.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
