If your printer can print a network report and the report indicates it is on-line then your other devices probably have the wrong IP address or are in a different subnet and cannot communicate with the printer.
When a printer wakes up from sleep, or being powered up, it may get a different IP address than it previously had. This is more likely to occur on a flex system (multiple WiFi booster or routers). It can also occur if the printer connects using the 5ghz band instead of 2.4 band when it wakes up.
To prevent this one can force the modem to always allocated a fixed or reserved IP address. Alternately one can use the hostname of the printer instead of the IP address.
The best solution is to log into the modem, find the MAC or IP address of the printer, and program the DHCP server to use the same IP address.
Many ISPs selling flex WiFi systems have their own forum or community in addition to a tech support page.
