My HP DeskJet 3755 All-in-One Printer will not connect with my internet. I've tried rebooting everything and checked the network connection, but the blue light keeps blinking and the printer remains offline. Can someone please help me?

Hi @givings,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet 3755 All-In-One Printer is not connecting to your Wi-Fi network and the blue light is blinking, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve the issue. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get your printer back online.
Check Wi-Fi Signal Strength: Ensure that the printer is within range of your Wi-Fi router and that the Wi-Fi signal is strong enough. If the signal is weak or there's interference, it can lead to connection problems.
Restart Your Printer: Turn off your printer, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes help resolve temporary connectivity issues.
Restart Your Router: Power cycle your Wi-Fi router. Unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. This can often resolve connectivity issues with various devices on your network.
Check Wi-Fi Network and Password: Make sure that your Wi-Fi network is working correctly, and that you have the correct Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password. If you've recently changed your Wi-Fi password, you'll need to update it on the printer.
Connect Manually: Sometimes, manually connecting the printer to your Wi-Fi network can be more reliable. Follow these steps:
- Press the Wireless button on your printer.
- Navigate through the setup menu to find your network.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted.
- Allow the printer to connect to your network.
Printer Software and Firmware Updates: Ensure that your printer's firmware and software are up to date. Sometimes, updates include improvements in connectivity.
WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup): If your router supports WPS, you can use this feature to connect the printer. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to use WPS.
Firewall and Security Settings: Ensure that your router or network settings aren't blocking the printer's connection. You may need to adjust your router's firewall or security settings to allow the printer to connect.
Factory Reset: As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your printer. This will erase all settings and configurations, so be sure to have your Wi-Fi network details and other settings handy before doing this. Instructions for a factory reset can typically be found in your printer's manual.
Remember to ensure that your other devices can connect to the Wi-Fi network without any issues, as this can help identify whether the problem is specific to the printer or your network.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
