Hi @SuzSegner,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-In-One Printer is not connecting to your wireless network and not displaying available networks, there could be several reasons for this issue. Here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Check Network Status on the Printer:
- On the printer's control panel, navigate to the wireless or network settings.
- Verify that the wireless feature is enabled and that it is not in airplane mode.
Restart the Printer:
- Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
- Wait for a minute or two, then plug it back in and power it on. This can help reset the printer's network settings.
Check Your Wireless Network:
- Ensure that your wireless network is operational and that other devices can connect to it.
- Check if your wireless router or access point is functioning correctly.
Move the Printer Closer to the Router:
- If the printer is too far from your wireless router, it might have trouble connecting. Try moving it closer to the router and see if it can detect the network.
Restart Your Router:
- Sometimes, router issues can cause connectivity problems. Restart your wireless router by unplugging it from the power source, waiting a minute, and then plugging it back in.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Manufacturers often release firmware updates to address connectivity issues and improve performance.
Factory Reset the Printer (as a last resort):
- If none of the above steps work, you can try performing a factory reset on the printer. Keep in mind that this will erase all custom settings on the printer, so only do this if necessary. Consult your printer's user manual or HP's support website for instructions on how to perform a factory reset.
Remember to have your wireless network SSID (name) and password handy when attempting to connect the printer to your network, as you will need this information during the setup process.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
