Was the printer previously connected to that network?

This is the first time I’ve tried to connect to this WiFi.  Setup Wizard says passphrase doesn’t match.  There is no passphrase.  The WiFi modem has a password, but it’s not accepting that.

Is the new wi-fi 2,GHz band? That is the only band the printer can connect to, most new printers have a 5GHz band, and the 2.4GHz band needs to be enabled.
