HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer Quit working last week. I’ve done every kind of troubleshooting several times. All other wifi items in house work fine. I’ve also rebooted router/modem several times as well as printer. Have left callback info for HP 2-3 times but of course no response. Help!

Hi @betsie2312,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've already taken several of the recommended troubleshooting steps to reconnect your HP LaserJet MFP M140we Printer to your Wi-Fi network. Since those haven't worked, let's try a few more advanced steps and see if we can get your printer reconnected. Here’s what you can do next:
Check for Printer Updates: Ensure your printer firmware is up to date. Sometimes, connectivity issues can be resolved with a firmware update. You might need to connect your printer to a computer via USB to check for and apply firmware updates through HP's website or the HP Smart app.
Reset Printer Network Settings: Try resetting the printer's network settings to their factory defaults. This can sometimes clear out any errors or glitches. Consult your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this, as the process can vary. Usually, it involves holding down a button on the printer for a few seconds.
Manually Connect to the Network: If your printer has a control panel with a screen, use it to manually select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Make sure you enter the password correctly, keeping in mind that it's case-sensitive.
Check for Signal Interference: Ensure your printer is not too far from your router, or there aren’t thick walls or large metal objects between them. Wi-Fi signals can be weakened or interrupted by physical obstructions or interference from other devices.
Change Wi-Fi Channel or Band: Sometimes, your Wi-Fi network might be on a crowded channel, especially if you're in a densely populated area. Try logging into your router’s settings and changing the Wi-Fi channel. If your router is dual-band, try switching your printer to the other band (5 GHz instead of 2.4 GHz, or vice versa).
Disable VPN Connections: If you have a VPN connected on your computer or network, try disabling it before attempting to connect your printer to Wi-Fi. VPNs can sometimes interfere with local network devices.
Check for IP Address Conflicts: Ensure there are no IP address conflicts within your network. You can try setting a static IP address for your printer through your router's settings.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
