Printer will not go to touchscreen. It freezes on the opening screen after indicator graph goes across. I had Xfinity check my network & all is well. The touchscreen never appears and when I try to print something it says “no air printer found” so something is wrong with printer.

Hi @Profwood1,
I'd like to help!
I understand that the printer is stuck on the initializing screen
Try the below suggestions -
Reset the product
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware -HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
If the issue persists, I'd suggest you contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I have already tried rebooting the printer. To include having it unplugged all night before plugging it back in. And yes, it is plugged directly into an electric outlet. Printer screen still freezes on start up.
