Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I have been trying to connect my printer to the web services, so I can sign up for instant ink. However, when I try to print the page with the code on it, it says that my printer is not connected to the internet. Thank you so much!! My printer needed a firmware update. After the update, it connected to web services!
