My printer, bought in September, has not worked since November as it will not connect to web services. I have an instant ink subscription. I have spent several hours on the phone to several customer service people who get me to do the same things over and over again and finally give up saying someone else will call me back as it sounds like there is a fault with printer, but nobody calls me back. Has anyone got any advice?
