I did everything , unplug from the outlet, do the steps to connect with the wifi. It just won't connect. Actually it shows that it's connected, as soon as I want to print a page, the report paper comes out saying the printer is not connected. Hellppppppp

Hi @Sansou,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To resolve the issue with your HP ENVY 6455e All-In-One Printer not maintaining a WiFi connection, follow these steps.
Restart Devices:
- Turn off your printer, router, and computer or mobile device.
- Wait for 30 seconds.
- Turn on the router first and wait for it to establish a connection.
- Turn on the printer and your computer or mobile device.
Check WiFi Connection:
- Ensure your printer and your computer or mobile device are on the same WiFi network.
- Move the printer closer to the router to ensure a strong signal.
Reset Network Settings on Printer:
- On the printer control panel, go to Setup (gear icon) or Wireless Settings.
- Select Restore Network Settings or Restore Network Defaults. Confirm if prompted.
Reconnect the Printer to WiFi:
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer and connect it to your WiFi network.
Assign a Static IP Address:
- On your router's configuration page, assign a static IP address to your printer.
- Refer to your router's manual for instructions on how to assign a static IP.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Ensure your printer's firmware is up to date. You can check for updates via the printer control panel or the HP Smart app.
Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Uninstall the current printer drivers from your computer.
- Visit the HP support website and download the latest drivers for your printer model.
- Install the new drivers and follow the setup instructions.
Check for Interference:
- Ensure there are no physical obstructions or electronic devices that might interfere with the WiFi signal between your router and the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
