Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

This is what I get when I try to  print from my computer..  

             Print Queue

                  Unknown Status

 

I have tried all unplug/reboot options.

 

Printer is old.  Is this a printer problem or a wifi problem.
