Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer states it's offline.  When it first started, I use to turn the computer on and off and it would print.  Now, that does not work.  However, I can print on it if I use my mobile phone to print something.
