HP Recommended

When sending documents to print on my HP Deskjet 2722, Printer status comes up as “ user intervention required”. When I print nothing happens unless I run the troubleshooter. Same issue for the other laptop in my home. If I print from my mobile phone it works without issue though. I’ve removed the printer & readded. Restarted, turned off & on, nothing has made a difference.

 

Can anyone offer some advice? Thanks!
