The 8190 had been working fine until recent. The WiFi light is off. I have resets network and power cycled many times.  When I go thru network set up it doesn’t give me wireless option in wozard. Only looks for Ethernet.

Hi @rainyprinter

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Let’s pin down the issue properly before diving into fixes. 🔧

Could you help me confirm a few quick things first?

📌 Model & Setup Details

  • Exact printer model: Is this the HP OfficeJet Pro 8190, OfficeJet Pro 8195, or a different variant?
  • Connection method before issue: Were you previously using Wi-Fi only, Ethernet, or USB?
  • Has there been any firmware update, power outage, or network change recently?
  • When you open the Network Setup Wizard, does it skip directly to Ethernet setup, or does it show Wi-Fi briefly and then disappear?
  • Are there any error messages or blinking lights when powering on the printer?
  • Are you using the HP Smart app, printer touchscreen, or a PC for setup?

Once I have these details, I’ll tailor a step-by-step solution that fits your exact setup and printer behavior. Let’s get that Wi-Fi light glowing again! 📶🖨

Take care, and have an amazing day!
