Hi @Kade67,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP Officejet 8010 printer is not connecting to any device and you're unable to print test pages, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue.
- Restart Devices: Begin by restarting both your printer and the device you are trying to print from (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.). Sometimes a simple restart can resolve connectivity issues.
- Check Wi-Fi Connection: Ensure that your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the device you are trying to print from. If the Wi-Fi connection is unstable or weak, try moving the printer closer to the router or connecting it via Ethernet cable temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
- Reset Network Settings: You can try resetting the network settings on your printer to default and then reconnecting it to the Wi-Fi network. Refer to your printer's user manual for instructions on how to do this, as the process may vary depending on the model.
- Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can usually check for firmware updates through the printer's settings menu or by visiting the HP support website and searching for your printer model.
- Reinstall Printer Drivers: Sometimes issues can arise due to corrupted or outdated printer drivers on your computer or device. Try uninstalling the printer drivers and then reinstalling them from the HP website or using the installation CD that came with your printer.
- Check for Hardware Issues: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, there may be a hardware problem with your printer. Check for any error messages or blinking lights on the printer's control panel that may indicate a hardware issue.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
