Printer used to connect to the wifi and now it does not. Wifi is still the same. Internet is still the same. MAC filtering is OFF. Has always been OFF. Security type for wifi settings is WPA2/WPA3 transition (reccommended) for both 2.4g and 5g bands. The printer was connected to the 2.4g network and then I changed the SSID (network name) which the printer recognized but when I go to connect it never connects. Printer works fine, wifi router says printer MAC address is connected, but printer says offline. I have tried turning off and turning on, connecting PC to same wifi, has no effect. Tried power cycling PC and Printer, no effect. it will not connect to the wifi. It had never given me this problem until I changed the network name. Why did I do that? I was having an issue connecting another one of my OLD phone devices (android) but realized the issue with that WAS the WPA settings (unconfirmed if i should be using WPA3 personal , WPA2 personal, my current settings (WPA2/WPA3 transition) or WPA/WPA2 transition (which prevents my older android from being able to connect).

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your printer showing offline.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
A) Perform a power drain.
1) Take out the cartridges
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not into a surge protector.
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.
Remove the cartridges > Unplug the power cord > Wait for 30 seconds > Plug the power cord back in > Insert the cartridges
