Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Envy 6000 series printer- This printer has become a wireless network and now that I have a new wireless provider I cannot reset the printer as it keeps trying to connect to itself.  I have tried to delete this printer network and have done a network reset and nothing I do will get rid of it.  So I need help and how to get rid of the Printer wireless setting.  I can bring up the properties screen but there is no delete button just a forget button.  When I attempt to set up my printer to my new wireless network this printer network shows up again and of course it won't connect because it is not real.  Can someone please help me????

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's try to reset the Printer:

1. Lift the cartridge access door to expose the cartridge area. 2. While the cartridge access door is open, press and hold (the Power button) and Wireless button on the back of the printer for three seconds.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
