Hi @Jxycee_,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP Tango printer is not connecting to Wi-Fi. Let’s go through a few steps to troubleshoot this:

Check Wi-Fi Network

Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working and your internet connection is active.

Ensure the network is 2.4 GHz, as HP Tango printers often do not connect to 5 GHz networks.

Power Cycle Devices

Turn off your printer and unplug your Wi-Fi router for 30 seconds.

Plug the router back in, turn on the printer, and try connecting again.

Restart the Printer’s Wireless Setup

Open the HP Smart app on your phone or computer.

Go to Set Up a New Printer and follow the on-screen instructions.

Make sure to select the correct Wi-Fi network and enter the password carefully.

Check Printer’s Wi-Fi Button/Light

Ensure the wireless light on the printer is blinking blue, indicating it is ready to connect.

If not, press the Wi-Fi button to put it in setup mode.

Update HP Smart App

Ensure you have the latest version of the HP Smart app on your device.

Delete and reinstall the app if needed, then retry the setup.

Check Firewall or Security Settings

Temporarily disable any firewall or security software that may block the printer from connecting.

Ensure your router does not have MAC address filtering enabled, or add the printer’s MAC address to the allowed list.

I hope this helps.
