How do I fix the problem With my printer when I send from my iPhone pro max 12, it says no air printer found? How can I correct this in simple English please Because I am not text savvy. Any information would be appreciated.

The printer may only work at 2.4ghz and your iPhone may be on 5ghz WIFi or vice-versa.

 

Connect the printer to the modem, do not use WiFi direct to the printer.

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name of the printer for better assistance
