Hi @gary756,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Sure, here's a general guide for reconnecting your HP printer to a new Wi-Fi network.

Turn On Your Printer: Make sure your HP printer is powered on.

Access the Wireless Settings:

  • On the Printer's Control Panel: Look for the wireless icon (usually a Wi-Fi symbol) or go to the "Setup" or "Network" menu.
  • On the Printer's Screen: Navigate to the wireless settings or network settings option.

Select Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • This option will allow your printer to search for available networks.

Choose Your New Network:

  • From the list of available networks, select your new Wi-Fi network.
  • Enter the Wi-Fi password when prompted. Make sure you enter it correctly.

Confirm Connection:

  • After entering the password, the printer should attempt to connect to the new network.
  • Once connected, you might see a confirmation message or a Wi-Fi icon with a checkmark.

Test the Connection:

  • Print a network configuration page to ensure that your printer is connected to the new network.

Update Printer Settings on Your Devices:

  • On your computer or mobile devices, update the printer settings if necessary. You may need to reinstall the printer or adjust the printer settings in your device's print settings.

If you have an HP Smart app installed, you can also use it to help with the setup process by following the in-app instructions for connecting to a new network.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
