Welcome to the HP User Community.
If the document size is not correct, that is, the PDF document content,
The Page Size of the document must be changed in the original document format.
For example, Open the original document (in Word) and change the Page Size.
Save the document > Export to PDF to create a new file at the correct document page size.
If the PDF document Page Size content is correct,
If the Print Properties / More Settings / selected Shortcut , or related settings are incorrect,
Change the paper size in the software or application you are using to view and print the PDF document.
If the Paper Size & Type needs to be changed on the printer,
Remove the paper from the tray - wait a couple of seconds - return paper to tray and close.
Update / (Re)Set the paper size and type using the printer control panel or using EWS.
