HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e

I am installing a new OfficeJet Pro 9025e. It is connected to the same Ethernet connection as a previous printer.

When I get to the Web Services Settings on the EWS and I go to Print Info Page - nothing happens. It displays "Printing the Info sheet - This process might take several minutes". But nothing happens.

I have seen several similar cases in threads here including the closest similarity at

I tried the Reset Web Services option, turning off and on afterwards. Still nothing prints when I click on the Print Info Page button.

I tried the Settings - Restore Defaults - Restore Network Settings option, turning off and on afterwards. Still nothing prints when I click on the Print Info Page button.

I tried the Settings - Restore Defaults - Restore Factory Defaults option, turning off and on afterwards. Still nothing prints when I click on the Print Info Page button.

I went so far as to try the Settings - Restore Defaults - HP Secure Erase option, starting all over again. Still nothing prints when I get back to the Web Services section on the EWS and click on the Print Info Page butotn.

There are no errors on the Web Services Settings page

There are no errors on the HP Connected site page for the printer

Is there any other way for me to get the Printer Claim Code so I can add the printer to HP connected and set up remote printing?
