Hi @Dave6038,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand your HP printer is printing blank pages when connected via WiFi. There are a few troubleshooting steps you can follow to resolve this issue:

Check Printer and Default Settings:

  • Ensure that the printer you are trying to use is set as the default printer on your computer.
  • Check the ink or toner levels to ensure that the cartridges are not empty.

Verify Wireless Connection:

  • Make sure that the printer is properly connected to the WiFi network.
  • Ensure that your device is connected to the same network as the printer.

Update Printer Drivers:

  • Outdated drivers might cause printing issues. Visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest drivers for your printer model.

Restart Devices:

  • Power off both your printer and device (computer or smartphone) and then turn them back on. This simple step can often resolve connectivity issues.

Re-configure Printer Settings:

  • Access the printer settings or control panel and ensure that all configurations are set correctly, especially those related to wireless printing.

Print a Diagnostic Page:

  • Most HP printers have an option to print a test page or diagnostic page to check for any issues.

Perform a Factory Reset:

  • If the problem persists, consider performing a factory reset on your printer. Be aware that this will erase all custom settings.

    I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
