Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer

I purchased a wireless printer so that i could print from my chromebook or tablet.  It never works though.  I always receive a message that the printer is "unavailable". I have tried using the Smart App, but it seems to be useless. There is something wrong with the communication between the printer and the device i am printing from.  I am regreting spending money on this printer. I am nearly ready to discard it and work with a company that has support for their customers. I have a business and need printing capability.
