Trying to get help understanding why I could not print without being connected to a network. I set up the printer at home while connected to my network thinking I could use the printer at my office where I do not have internet. When I attempted to print my documents, I only received error status every single time, for 30 minutes I tried. Very frustrating. Now I have been waiting on the support chat for help for nearly 45 minutes but still waiting... What can I do?

If you have set up the printer on your home network it will not work in another environment than that.
If you want to print at your office without an internet connection you can set up the same printer again but using a USB cable. When you do that you can have 2 same printers installed on your computer, one for your home and one for your office.

Thank you for this information. So, to do this, will I need to Uninstaller the printer and start over? Also, if I do not have an instalation software disc, will I still be able to install/connect at the office without internet?

If you previously installed the printer and it worked only thing you need to do is connect the printer with a USB cable and the computer will recognize the printer connected and install it automatically.
