I have a HP Envy 6030e, using windows 11 24H2. Recently the printer has just stopeed working properly, stating that the printer is not connected to the internet while it is, as can be seen on the error page below. I have already rebooted the printer multiple times, same for pc, and have reinstalled hp smart app/ used the troubleshooting features.

@SofiaGomes, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your HP Envy 6030e printer is experiencing connectivity issues and is stating that it's not connected to the internet even if it is, there are several steps you can follow to try to resolve the problem:

Check the Printer's Network Settings:

  • Ensure that the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer.
  • You can access the printer's settings to verify or modify the Wi-Fi connection.

Restore Network Settings:

  • From the printer control panel, access the "Setup" menu.
  • Select "Network Setup" and then choose "Restore Network Settings." This will reset the network configurations to default settings.
  • Print the network configuration page afterward to confirm that settings have been reset properly.

Reconfigure the Wireless Network:

  • Use the Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup available on the printer control panel to establish a new wireless connection.
  • Ensure you enter the correct SSID and password for your Wi-Fi network.

Check Internet Connection:

  • Verify that your internet connection is stable and operational. Sometimes routers might drop connections intermittently, affecting device connectivity.

Use HP Smart App Settings:

  • Open the HP Smart app and try setting up the printer again by adding it using the Plus icon.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer wirelessly. Ensure that the app permissions for Bluetooth and location are enabled, as HP Smart might use Bluetooth for setup.

Ensure Firmware Updates:

  • Check for any available firmware updates for your printer model. Sometimes updating the printer might resolve connectivity issues.

Printer Reboot Procedure:

  • Turn off the printer and unpl
  • ug the power cord for about a minute.
  • Plug it back in, turn it on, and check if the connectivity issue persists.
