I have a replacement printer which you all didn’t send cartridges so I went to purchase them spending $80 and it stating Use Setup cartridges that can with your printer! You didn’t send any cartridges. Do please help so I use the cartridges I purchased and then I can add instaink. InstaInk told me had to go and purchase cartridges before adding. Do that what o did and now it want allow me to move forward to connect this printer

- Please provide more details about your printer if you want some answer about your questions.
- Otherwise if you already have a previous contact with HP Support, you may need to get back with them so you could continue having support to solve issues with printer.
