HP Deskjet 3520 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I managed to set up my windows 11 computer to my Deskjet printer eventually after many tries and everything was working well after getting used to the different way of printing using the app.

However we have just changed provider to fibre optic, I am pulling my hair out I am stuck obviously computers are not my forte especially when things go wrong, my computer is saying and showing the printer is off line, I have tried everything which I am capable of I am at a loss on what to do or how to correct this issue, even tried the hp smart help app after many tries it said it cannot even find the printer. Now I am thinking is my printer even compatible with Fibre optic with it being around 5 years old.

Any advise or help would be appreciated, but please do explain in simple terms so a computer learner can understand.  Thanks

You need to connect to the new router.

Do a partial reset of the printer

This video shows WiFi connect using a smart phone

If you do not have a smartphone then  use the WPS pushbutton method to connect to the modem/router as explained on page 33 of this users manual

Lemme know if a problem.
