HP Recommended

My HP ENVY 6458e won't re-connect to the WiFi.  It's about 2 years old and has worked up until about 2 to 4 weeks ago.  I have tried 1) turning it - and the whole system- off and on 2) using the steps on HP Smart to fix it and 3) using YouTube to find a fix, but none of those have worked and I'm at a loss as to what to do next to try to fix it.  Suggestions?
