HP Recommended

When I changed internet provider, the wifi didn't connect with my HP Deskjet 2548 printer and the blue light keeps flashing instead of staying blue. What should I do?

 

I have spent hours trying to work out what to do and need to contact HP...  BUT there is no phone number anywhere. I thought about uninstalling the HP APP but I have so many that I don't know which ones to uninstall. All I need to do is to talk to somebody at HP.

 

HELP PLEASE!
