Hi please help, my router went a bit mad the other day and now I can't print
help please, im an idiot with a broken arm and desperately need to print some stuff

I understand and I'm sorry to hear about your arm and the router trouble. Let's try to fix the issue with your HP ENVY 6430e printer so you can print again.
Check the purple light: A purple light often indicates a connection issue. First, ensure that your printer is on and showing the purple light.
Reboot your printer and router:
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug the router for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
- After the router restarts, turn the printer back on.
Reconnect your printer to Wi-Fi:
- Press the Wireless button on the printer (it may be near the display or on the control panel).
- The wireless light should start blinking.
- On the printer’s display, select Wi-Fi Setup Wizard or similar.
- Follow the instructions to select your Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
Use the HP Smart app: If you're still having trouble, try using the HP Smart app (available on the Mac App Store) to set up the printer again:
- Download and open the app on your Mac.
- Add the printer to the app by following the on-screen prompts.
- Ensure your Mac and printer are on the same Wi-Fi network.
Try a wired connection: If the wireless connection is still failing, you can also connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable temporarily.
