Hi Kumar
I have a HP ENVY 5032, i have had many different error messages whenever i have tried connecting the printer to my computer via different options.. for example " operation could not be completed (error 0x0000001f ) a device attached to the system is not functioning.. " ,"The arguments are invalid" " unable to connect to printer" ,"Printer is offline, turn on your printer" etc etc, i have tried your scan doctor, i have tried connecting via the web using the printers i.p address, i have tried connecting via using the WPS Pin, and i have tried connecting via the host name , i have tried uninstalling the printer and now last resort i uninstalled the drivers but now can't re install them because it doesn't connect to the printer i am literally out of options. My printer even won't power down anymore, its set to go to sleep after 5 mins but it stays on permanently unless i do it manually, i seriously think there must be something wrong with my printer as there just is nothing else i can think of to try to get it to connect. Its connected to my network fine as is my computer and yes they both connected to the same network. I have taken numerous screen shots of all the messages etc i get when i try to connect it but none of them say WHY it won't connect, i have shut down and unplugged all devices ( Printer, P.C and Router) numerous times but nothing helps. I am literally at my wits end now, i just don't know what to do..please help!!

As there are multiple issues with the printer, let us reset the printer to its factory defaults. I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Once the reset is complete, re-setup the printer and check the performance.
Let me know how this goes.
