Product: HP OfficeJet 4650 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP 4650 Officejet printer does not print from computer.  Received error message 500 internal server error.  what does that mean and how can I fix it.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Are the printer and PC connected to the same network?
  • Could you please share the picture of the error message?
